Your instructor will be a local speciality chef who will pick you up in the morning from your hotel for your convenience. Together you will go to the local market to buy some locally grown fresh fruit, vegetable and other bits and bobs that you will need for your cooking. You will get to know some food that you have never seen before and you will witness how to properly bargain price Cambodian style.
With your shopping ready you will move to a real restaurant and under the wings of an experienced local English-speaking chef you will start preparing your first Khmer dishes.
Best of all, at the end of the course you will get the chance to eat everything that you cooked!
