Day1: Arrival in Hanoi.
Upon arrival at Hanoi’s international airport our guide will welcome you then transfer to Hanoi city center by minibus, take city tour food tour by walking around old town.

Day 2: Hanoi –Halong bay:
08:00 – 08:30 Pick up at hotel for three and a half hours road trip with short refreshment on half way to Halong Bay.
12:00 Arrive at Bai Chay Wharf
12:15 Transfer by tender to the Marguerite Junk boat – enjoy Welcome Drink. Receive Junk
Facilities and Cruise Instruction as well as Cruise Briefing before check in to cabins
and begin cruise Off the Beaten Track.
13:00 Lunch - deluxe Vietnamese Set Menu.
15:00 Arrive at the Surprise Cave area. Transfer by tender to the Surprise Cave.
Walk up the 100 steps to the entrance of the cave and tour on foot for approximately 45 minutes.
16:00 Return to the boat. Enjoy kayaking program to the nearby Luon Cave, lagoon
and surrounding waters. Or enjoy riding on the rowing boat to the Tunnel Cave to
explore the serene lagoon surrounded by vertical cliffs
17:00 Enjoy snack party before swimming or relaxing on board
18:30 Take part in our cooking class with crispy spring rolls
19:30 Dinner - deluxe Vietnamese Set Menu Dinner.
20:30 Evening activities include: film entertainment in the dining room, board games and
playing cards are available, join squid fishing from the boat with our crew.
23:00 End of program.

Day 3: Halong Bay – Hanoi:
07:00 Coffee, tea and light breakfast pastries served in the dining room.
8:00 Enjoy relaxing, sunbathing on sundeck
09:00 Check-out of cabins.
10:00 Visit Ba Hang Floating Village
10:45 Enjoy lunch Set Menu served in the dining room while enjoy the bay scenery as we approach the pier.
11:45 Transfer by tender to the pier, relax inside the pier building while waiting for return transportation.
12:00 Transfer back to Hanoi. You will arrive in Hanoi at your hotel approximately 04:30
Afternoon enjoy the water puppet show.

Day 4: HaNoi - Mai Chau (67 km)
Transfer to HoaBinh. Start riding ,It’s a fascinating drive past many minority villages as we climb onto a higher plateau. We ride pass coffee and tea plantations before arriving in the Baixang for lunch. Afternoon continue cycling to MaiChau village.

Day 5: Mai Chau- Mocchau. (+- 60km )
After breakfast riding 16 km to Baixang then continue in the off road to MocChau withour car stand by. ( +-60 km off road, car track ), making this a day not to be forgotten. We cycle past rice fields. There are two hard climbs today the first starts after 17 km with a 3 km ascent but the second, and most challenging comes at the end of this stunning day, with an 15 km strength-sapping climb. We finish the day with a stunning descend on road to Moc Chau for check in and dinner.

Day 6: Moc Chau-Son La.
Continue driving to Yen Chau. Virtually we go through an active market. Everything is brought in fresh daily. The larger markets serve as distribution points for smaller markets. Start biking off-road , back road to Son La. End of cycling after 80km.

Day 7: Son La – Tuan Giao.
The ride begins with a 5km climb into the beautiful surrounding countryside. We pass through a patchwork of rice fields and plum orchards. After the 50km mark we have a 12km, 900m lung busting ascent. The scenery makes up for the hard work as rolling land erupts into stunning karst rock outcrops bristling with trees. The land is home to the Black Thai who originated in southern China. Women can be glimpsed working the fields in brightly colored dresses and hats, you will see children riding water buffalo and men speeding along on noisy motor cycles. We finish the day with a thrilling 11km descent into the town of Tuan Giao.

Day 8: Tuan Giao- Muong Lay.
Once out of Tuan Giao the road deteriorates as we take a spectacular back road to Muong Lay. The increased curiosity and smiling faces and of the people, along this road indicates that this route is hardly used by travellers making this a memorable day. We cycle past rice fields and bananas plantations as we pass through small minority villages of Red Hmong and Kho Mu. There are two hard climbs today, the first starts after 50km with a 5km ascent but the second, and most challenging comes at the end of this stunning day, with an 8km strength-sapping climb. We will pass over the scenic Da river from Hang Tom suspension bridge before arriving in Muong Lay for the night.

Day9: Muong Lay- Lai Chau.
Leaving Muong Lay, again we cross the Hang Tom suspension bridge and follow the Na River passing through spectacular gorges and Black Dao villages. Some of our route will be on rough road. The Dao worship spirits and ritually sacrifice pigs and chickens. The women clothes are covered with intricate weaving and silver colored beads and coins. It is said the wealth a woman can be judge by the weight of the coins she carries. We finish the day with stunning descents on winding road into this lush valley of Lai Chau.

Day 10: Lai Chau- Sapa.
Today is the highlight for many; as we cycle up to the Tram Ton Pass (1,900m; 6,230 ft) the highest mountain pass in Vietnam, on our way to Sa Pa. We start with a relatively easy 7km ride before we hit the first of two major climbs. An 8km tough ride sets us up for the 26km monster climb later in the day. As we start the second climb we become aware of the beauty of Mt. Fan Si Pan, South East Asia's highest peak. Often hidden with a veil of moving mist and fog, we will hopefully get a glimpse of its lofty peaks.
Sa Pa is an old French hill station perched in the Hoang Lien Son Mountains near the Chinese border. Its position offers some of the best vantage points from which to savour the surrounding mountain peaks.

Day 11: Sapa- Bao Ha.
After breakfast we start riding from Sapa town to the village of Ban Ho ( 25km ). After that we take about 27 km off road track ,start climbing on the left. After many villages , we enjoy a long single track section, starting on terraces by long climb, leading to an off road pass (about 500m of elevation) and finishing on a long downhill through rain forest. Lunch with noodle soup and breads, fruits, tea coffee. Then we get to the asphalt where the minibus is waiting to caring you to BaoHa.

Day 12: Bao Ha- Yen Bai.
We start riding on bank of Red river from Bao Ha. About 40 km off road track (pretty wide) some climbing but not very big hill. After many villages and a beautiful narrow of jeep track , we enjoy a long off road track section, we are finishing on a long asphalt riding to Yen Bai.

Day 13: Yen Bai- Hanoi.
Driving out of Yen Bai city. Start riding, It’s a fascinating ride past many minority villages as we climb onto a higher plateau of tea plan. We ride pass of rice field and tea plantations before arriving in the Doan Hung for lunch, end of cycling , driving back to Hanoi by mini bus.

Day 14: Hanoi departure
Free time until transfer to airport for departure flight.
